ArmorCoat Limited Lifetime Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
ArmorCoat (“Company”) hereby warrants that its paint products (“Products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser (“Customer”).
Warranty Period:
The “Lifetime” warranty period extends for as long as the original Customer owns and resides in the property where the Products were initially applied.
Warranty Claims:
- Notification: To make a warranty claim, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the alleged defect. The notice should be sent to [email protected].
- Inspection: The Company reserves the right to inspect the painted surface to determine the nature and cause of any alleged defect. The Customer agrees to grant reasonable access to the property for inspection purposes.
- Remedies: If, after inspection, the Company determines that a defect in the Products exists within the scope of this warranty, the Company will, at its option, either:
- Replace the defective Products with equivalent products
- Refund the original purchase price of the defective Products.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- Improper storage, handling, or application of the Products
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Subsequent owners or transfers of the property
Limitations:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Customer and the property where the Products were initially applied.
- The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Products as described above. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
Disclaimer:
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ouachita Parish.
